This hazy golden lager is the unfiltered twin of our ever-popular St. Mungo. Zingy with a bit more bite, it is unconventional and non-conformist just like its drinkers. Wild WEST is a premium lager that finishes with more body and some bitter and yeasty notes.

On tap at West Brewery Tap, Sunday 11th February 2018 in the company of Nick and Anna. Pours amber with a good clarity, a little filmy head atop. A little bit of toffee, gently fruity, soft mouthfeel, it's really pleasant. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Keg at West. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The nose is musty, farty, barnyard, doughy and light spice. The taste is crisp, bitter, earthy, bready malts, spice, grass and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A touch "rustic" on the aroma, but the taste is decent. Not too shabby.
