Cask @ Chelmsford Beer & Cider Festival. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet apples and red apples. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 150218

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer Festival. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, apples, citrus and sulphur.

Cask @ Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak NW5. Pours a hazy golden color with a small whit e head. Has a fruity spicy apple aroma. Fruity spicy slightly sweet apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy slightly tart apple finish.

Bag in a box at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear gold thin white bubbles. Good apple juice good tannin good dryness good character. I rather liked it. Good dryness.

Half pint BIAB @ The Salopian Spring Cider Festival, Shrewsbury . Pours orange with a slight haze. Stewed apple aroma. Taste is fruity with a tight tannin bite. Slight sourness with some apple core and soil to round it off.

Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Slightly hazy paler orange coloured cider. An initial apple gives way to a noticeable strength in its aftertaste.

Still cider at the Cider Tap, Euston. Twilight gold, still, hazy. Wood cask and apple skin aroma. Dry enough to absorb all moisture from your face. Taste is a sweet/sour/bitter perfectly poised at an amazing palate. Dry finish; sour/bitter apple skin aftertaste. Sublime.
