Bottle at Appellation Wines tasting. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of tonic water and lime. Flavour of yeast, orange and white bread. Thin body with a watery texture. Very soft fizz. Not as fresh and zingy as other Wiper & True Small Beers, but good for the ABV.

Bottle from Sourced Market St Pancras and drunk at home. Hazy amber colour lasting off white head. Tropical fruit aroma. It’s an ok golden ale. Some hoppiness to it. Like a white stone fruit with a little tropical fruit. Not much malt as you would expect. But you wouldn’t know it’s a 2.4% ABV beer. Decent enough.

Archer, Amarillo, Minstrel, Summit, Simcoe and Citra hops. Almost clear gold beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles for a head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has modest fine carbonation. Mildly sweet pale malts. Light orangey hops, some zip and a touch of spice. Mild lemon and floral things with a whisper of something tropical in the background. Light dry finish. Mild citric linger. Not bad but I wish these small beers weren’t quite so small!

Keg at craft co holburn. Translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is juice citrus orange, zesty, clean bready grains , semi crisp. Flavour is composed of semi crisp bready grains , orange rind, drying finish. Hint of tangerine and grass. Palate is light and refreshing, slightly grainy, highish carbonation. Nice crisp and drying finish. Fairly easy going but maybe a little one dimensional.
