Cask at the foot of the walk. Pours clear golden, nose is toffee, grassy, floral, taste is similar, crisp, sweet.

Hand pulled half pint at the Batemans Visiter Centre on 31st Oct 2015. I thought this had a strange aroma and taste. Clear golden blonde with a deep, smooth white head. Tropical fruits in both the nose and flavour, hops ruling the brew I suppose, but there was something else in there that did not sit right with me.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. as Hydes Provenance Munchen. A slightly hazy straw colour with a loose white head; sweet hay aroma; sweet grainy body; with a light but persistant grassy bitterness; and a somewhat cloying finish. A reasonable "real lager".

5% helles Cask handpull at County Hotel Ashford jdw. Pale gold slightly hazy no head. Tastes like a helles. No faults works well. Some lemon. Decent Cask conditioned lager. OK to soft carbonation

Cask @ Abel Heywood, Manchester. Golden with a small head. Is lightly malty in character, but certainly sessionable.
