(Cask at Craft Beer Co St Mary Axe, London, 26 Nov 2015) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, lemon curd, custard and vanilla. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, lemon peel, meringue and a fresh citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit weird, but really tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Cask at CBC, St Mary Axe on 11th November 2015. Slightly hazy gold with thinning off-white non-lacing foam. Vanilla and meringue aroma with biscuit malt. Lemon zest and citric fruitinessin-mouth followed by a biscuity toasted meringue finish. Smooth mouthfeel and light body. Rated as a novelty ale.

Craft (not in) St Mary’s Axe. Cask. Thanks to teh crew for this one. Clear gold beer, a few white bubbles. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Smooth malts. Sweetish lemon with a little sugar dusting. Light orange. A very mild bitterness on the semi dry finish. Schweppes bitter lemon linger. Kinda works!
