Can from Bhensonb. Nose is bourbon, vanilla, chocolate, and pepper. Black with a medium cinnamon tan head. Flavor is a lightly sweet chocolate oatmeal cookie dipped in a glass of bourbon rather than milk. Good stuff!

25cl can from Tavour. Boozy aroma, roast malts. Taste is roasty, chocolate, sweet, boozy. Slick and strong.

Mini can. Pours opaque black, small tan head, good lacing. Aroma is heavy roast, earth, molasses, oak, whiskey, hint of ash. Flavor is medium sweet, medium plus bitter, bourbon, oak, cocoa, roast. Full body, creamy mouthfeel.

8.45 oz can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a very slight tan head. Aroma of whiskey, chocolate and toasted malt. Full bodied. Flavor has chocolate, whiskey and toasted malt - and a bit of heat. Whiskey seems to make it rather towards dry. Bitter is minimal - like from dark chocolate. Tasty sipper.

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a glass. Black with medium beige head. Aroma is whiskey and cocoa, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is whiskey, cocoa, and oak.

A totally black beer, a head is almost medium and nicely brown. Aroma is complex, liquorice, sweetness of dried fruits, raisin, roastiness, barrel, whiskey, salt liquorice, hint of nut and chocolate. Taste has increadible balance, liquorice, roastiness, dry barrel, low dried fruitness, balanced sweetness. Full bodied, velvety palate, not stickyness. I'm enjoyed this too quickly. Huge beer, the perfect balance, complexicity, velvety smoothness, but also powerful and charismatic.

Bottle, 650 ml, from Beer Republic. Shared with others. Black with tan head. Lots of chocolate, sweetish, roasted malts, whisky, bitter finish. Smooth. Warming. Oily. Medium to full bodied.

Bottle. Dark brown, close to black, brown foam. Great aroma: caramel, coffee and chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, sweet and excellent, esters. Taste: strong, bourbon, chocolate, whiskey, caramel, dried fruits, very warming and powerful, alcoholic, very good.
