Bottled (from K-Market Palosaari, Vaasa). Deep amber colour with a mediumsized off-white creamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is mild nutty notes, some floral, mild grassy and fruity notes with a bit toasted notes as well. Flavour is grassy and floral hoppiness along with a mild bitterness. Also has a quite sweet and crispy maltiness to it, with some slight toast. Wellbalanced. Tasty and pleasant brew.

33cl bottle. Deep mahogany color with a thick white head. Burnt sugary notes, toffee, nutty notes. Awesome aroma, like it a lot. Flavor has sweetness, nuts, toffee and that burnt sugary thing again. Medium + body, nice balance. Really tasty.

Shared bottle on 17th Feb 2016 at a Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group meeting: cheers Mike for this one. Red hue to the colour and a great aroma of maltiness, thought I detected Rye, but the colour might have led me to that. The taste however although malty also had a strange boiled veg flavour which did not sit right for me. I usually like Williams Bros beers but this one I found difficult to enjoy (and score).

330ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, Feb 16, courtesy of Mike. Many thanks. Pours clear reddish amber. Sherbet sweet aroma. Taste is light red malt, light root veg, some vague berries, with a rather thin light body. A bit odd.

Clear amber beer, a few cream colour bubbles. Palate is light, semi dry and crisp. Tangy malts, a little unsweet caramel - toffee. Modest ripe fruits and citric bitterness. Light finish. Mellow bitter linger. Inoffensive but Williams definition of ’bursting’ isn’t the same as mine.

A reddish colour, a head is medium and light beige. Aroma has mild caramel, wood, some pine. Taste has caramel, wood, quite dry, some bitterness that’s more dominant in the end. Quite light bodied but that’s not bothering. Wooden beer.
