Keg at Craft SG. It pours lightly hazy golden with a thick white head. The nose is soft, doughy, spicy, smoked meats, honey, light herbal action and onion rings (the corn-based snack). The taste is crisp, bitter orange, peppery spice, straw, cereal, sea salt, peppercorn, waxy citrus, some bready malts and just touch metallic (I assume due to the carbonation) with a crazy dry finish. Medium body and fairly high carbonation. The aroma is a bit odd, but I rather enjoyed the overall beverage experience.

Keg at the Cock Tavern, 11/06/15. Hazed pale golden with a decent off white covering that retains well. Nose carries juicy hop strokes, tangerine, straw, mandarin, peach, mango, yeast tones. Taste comprises mandarin, straw, light spice, yeast esters, candied fruit rinds, melon, light bread, pink grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with grassy hop bitterness. Solid hopped oop xaison.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Lots of citrusy hops in the nose, some peach, lemon, grapefruit, nips of fusels, dried wheat and hay. Light to medium sweet flavorbwith pissy hops, nicely dank grapefruit, pale bread, more lemon, nectarine, hay. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Drying finish with some grassy bitterness, slight line, more pith and pee, pale bread. Mild saison yeast throughout. Good stuff.

Keg at the launch at the kings arms. Yellow / straw coloured pour with a light haze and a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is big herbal, spicy hops, oregano, little onion, dank hop. Some peppercorn on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of bready malts, straw, with dank hop, onion, Italian seasoning, crisp finish, some grain tanin. Adjuncts are a bit too prominent for me, saison yeast character is very much secondary. Palate is crisp and refreshing with a super dry finish, high carbonation.
