Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers! Aroma of berries, dried fruit, ash, caramel, toffee and hints of nuts. Very smooth, slightly watery but still nice.

500ml bottle from beergb. Gluten Free. Reddish dark brown colour, beige foam head and aroma of malt mash, grain, bread, alittle chocolate. Taste is sweetish, malty, toffee, molasses, chocolate hint, bready, grainy, dried fruits, with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying malty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle. Nose is berries, bread, toffee, malt. Taste is lightly sweet, toffee, hint of caramel, leading to brown sugar, bread and earthy slightly medicinal hops. I really enjoyed this a lot

Cask at GBBF'23, day one, 01/08/23. Mahogany brown with a beige head. Nose is dates, toffee, brown bread, dark malts. Taste comprises biscuit, toffee, grains, dates, dark malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough bitter.

Cask at GBBF 2023 - day 1. Pours clear red-brown with a small, foamy tan head. Light sweet flavour with toasted malts, dried berries, mellow earthy hops. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more toasted malts, earth. Not bad.

500 ml bottle. Pours dark brown with a beige cap. Aroma: light burnt malts, coffee hints some dried fruits. Taste: light sweet & light to moderate bitter, roasted malts, bread, dried fruits, smokey hints. Medium body with soft carbonation.
