Cask at CBC Clerko, 24/04/17. Clear golden with a well appointed off white head that retains well. Nose is juicy citric peel, melon, light pine, orange pith, soft bread. Taste comprises mango, pithy citrics, hint of red grapefruit, toasted grains, soft bread, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy hop bitterness. Solid cask APA.

Cask at CBC Clerks - London. Pours clear, pale yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose holds melon, ripe lemon, hay, pale malts. Light sweet flavour with further melon, pineapple, grapefruit, light rindy and grassy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Nicely balanced finish, more pineapple, some peach, pale bread, mild grass. Nice one.

Cask at CBC Clerko for the tap takeover. A clear dull pale coloured pour with a lasting fine greyish white head . Aroma is nice floral citrus perfume, pollen, midget gem,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts, lemon zest, jammy citrus, orange rind, nice floral notes.. Assertive citrus hop bitterness.. Palate is semi sweet, sticky hop resin. Decent cask condition. Good stuff.

Cask handpull at Craft Clerkenwell. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. Incredible fresh aroma. That is amazing in terms of the fruit. Fresh fleshy fruits. Grapefruit and lemon. Not much malt or yeast character but the hops are amazing. Fruity as hell. Some light bitterness. I mean it’s fun but does it need some malt to balance it? Good hops though.

(Cask at King William IV, Leyton, London, 10 Apr 2014) Golden yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, resin and lots of fresh hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel, resin and a generous, fresh, resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Very fresh and tasty, with a generous hop character. Very nice.
