Cask handpull at Craft Clerkenwell. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. Incredible fresh aroma. That is amazing in terms of the fruit. Fresh fleshy fruits. Grapefruit and lemon. Not much malt or yeast character but the hops are amazing. Fruity as hell. Some light bitterness. I mean it’s fun but does it need some malt to balance it? Good hops though.

(Cask at King William IV, Leyton, London, 10 Apr 2014) Golden yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, resin and lots of fresh hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel, resin and a generous, fresh, resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Very fresh and tasty, with a generous hop character. Very nice.
