330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, dark golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather expressionless, somehow suppressed, fruity aroma, hints of rhubarb. Taste is sweet-and-sour fruity, hints of rhubarb, strawberry; lively carbonation. Very refreshing, quite simple and monotonous. Not wild, least of all funky, just effervescent.

Crisp as a cracker.

16/IV/18 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent), shared @ home - BB: III/2018 (2018-458)

Clear blond beer, big aery irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, Madeira, port, lots of dried orange peel, bit soapy, fruity touch, overripe banana. Where's my brett? I aged this bottle for 3 years, because the label said the brett would mean the beer would keep evolving in the bottle. Seems to me like not much happened, except just a lot of oxidation. I claim shenanigans, I'm pretty sure this beer was pasteurised after bottling! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of orange peel, some alcohol, very oxidized, sweetish, overripe fruits. Aftertaste: more oxidation, orange peel, bit fruity. Brett my ass!

Bottle. Very slightly hazy golden, long lasting white head. Taste: Below medium sweet blonde with lightly hopnotes and very clearly yet subtle notes of my favorite yeast: Brett. The yeast is causing a very lightly sourness and makes you think of a farm barn and wet leather. Bretty finish. Nice balanced beer if you can appreciate brett.

Bottle at de koninck, antwerp, Orval style. Hazy golden color with a big bubbly white head. Funky smell. Aroma is brett, lactose, dry hopping and Citrus, incense, sandalwood labender and perfume, brass, old furniture. Strong carbonation. Light to medium body, spiced dry finish. Taste quite bitter and yeasty. Very soapy, out of the ordinary, for brett lovers, other wise really weird.
