Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dried fruit, moderate yeasty, sweet fruit, sweet yeast, light peppery, dusty coffee notes. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderae bitter with a long duration, dried fruit, fruity, sweet malt - fruit, coffee notes, light alcohol, peppery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150316]

Bottle. hazy amber color with thick off-white head. Malt, citrus hops, coffee in aroma. Sweet malty taste, with candies, caramel, soapy notes, banana, notes of coffee, alcoholic bitterness in finish. Good.

Bottle shared at a chriso tasting. Pours cloudy, deep gold with a creamy white head. Big coffee grounds aroma with touches of creamer. Medium sweet flavor with rich bread, sugared coffee, light leafy bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish with light bitter coffee, some earth, faint cocoa. Good stuff.

750ml bottle. Murky orangey amber colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing, beige head. Yeasty, herbal aroma, hints of caramel and toffee, some coffee in the background. Taste is initially floral yeasty and bitter hoppy, followed by moderately sweet caramel malty notes with a touch of toffee, intensifying coffee notes. Quite nice.

Bottle. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is yeast, malt, citrus, coffee. Flavour is yeast, malt, hop, coffee, spices, citrus, grass, fruit. Very nice beer.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s mid-week lasting 03/07/14. Clouded orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is musty, fresh coffee beans, spicy, dusty. Flavour is earthy hop, coffee beans, light roasty and berry. Some wheaty grains. Palate is medium body, grainy and some resin. Nice interesting beer.

Flaske delt på Mandag i Annen, Cardinal sep-14: den siste av fire fra Fantome denne kvelden. Ruby i navnet men ikke i fargen, den er mer uklar, nesten grumset oransje. Lett besk bæraktig smak, skarp, grønne kaffebønner. Raffinert og god!
