Had this on Tap at Brewdog Shepherds Bush, London, Tuesday 12th August 2014 Pours reddy brown slight haze. Fruity with a reall zippy, zappy tang. Sour but not overtly so. Really tasty a little cherry. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Keg at The Hanging Bat. Pours hazy dark amber, light red tinge. Aromas of light cherry, light sour funk. Touch of spice. Taste is much less sour than I thought it would be, a gentle sourness, with a sweet fruity backnote. Interesting.

Keg at the Cask, Peoples Republic of Pimlico, 29/01/14. Hazed golden amber with a reddish tinge topped with a good sized beige covering. Nose is earty, tarte berry skins, cherry notes, musty, straw, lemon rind. Taste comprises orchard fruit, tarte cherries, hay, light funk, touch acidic, musty, light dirt. Medium bodied, moderate carbination, drying closure. Ok but not too much depth, I felt a little let down by this offering.

Brewdog, Shepherds Bush. Keg. Very hazy amber beer, small white head. Palate is light, dry and crispy. Mild minerals. Mellow fruity sourness. Carbonation starts to sting. Dry finish. Quite plain but pretty drinkable.

Keg at the Lyric Soho. It pours cloudy amber with a reddish hue and small white head. The nose is earth, wood, funky, musty, spice, touch of smoke and cheesecake. The taste is crisp, tart, earthy, funky, wood, barnyard, hay, light spice, green apple, white grape skin, citrus rind, cherry drops, mild acidity and some lactic/ripe cheese notes with dry finish. Medium and fone, prickly carbonation. Nice depth of flavour. Interesting and well executed funky stuff. Tasty.
