Cask. Shakespeares, Sheffield. Straw colour. Soft haze. Thick, bubbly, lasting, white head. Peachy and minty. Soft, oily herb. Taste is light bitter. Light body. Some dryness. Finishes with a long, zesty, punchy bitterness. Great start and finish.

(Cask at King William IV, Leyton, London, 21 Nov 2013) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grass, resin and biscuits. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, mango, grass, biscuity malt and a generous resinous bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Cask-conditioned at the Colston Yard, Bristol 11/10/2012. Deep gold with a slight white head. Big grapefruit and pineapple fruit aroma. Flavour had some solid malts, more tropical fruits and led to a big, dry finish. Very good.

Well hopped ale with a significant nose in this respect. Is dry hopped in its taste.
