A Bavarian-style pale ale, brewed using hops from Germany and the Czech Republic. Pilsner and Munich malts, with a small amount of malted wheat and the addition of Tettnang and Premiant hops, combine to create a beer that displays traditional noble pilsner aromas and a soft level of bitterness.

Cask at The Hanging Bat. Pours pale yellow gold, thick white head. Big floral and lemon zest nose. Taste has a herbal tickle of bitterness and light white sugar sweetness. Finishes a bit thin, could have done with a bit more spritz. Nice enough.

Cask at the Lyric - Soho, London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a strong, foamy white head. Tangy citrus in the nose, some orange, a bit of melon and pineapple. Light to medium sweet flavor with dried out white bread, hay, creamy citrus, lemon, melon. Light bodied with fine, caressing carbonation. Fairly well balanced on the finish with more dry white bread, toasty hay bitterness, mild lemon rind. Very average.
