Big 750ml bottle kindly shared by Sigmund at Cardinal. Dark reddish body. Patchy surface. Dry aroma of berry skins. Mid-tart cherry and oak to the taste character. Woody. Long lived tartness of berries to the finish. Decent cleanser, not a favourite though. (Stavanger 18.06.2015).

Mandag i annen ruler!

Refrigerated 75 cl corked and caged bottle poured into a glass. Deep red with small off-white head. Aroma is light cherries with a hint of urea, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and little small-bubble lacing. Taste is nice rich tart cherry. Would like to have this again.
