Keg at Old Coffee House. It pours black with a thick light tan head. The nose is roasty, toast, smooth smoke, honey-glazed ham, fresh citrus and light jamminess. The taste is roasty, toast, earth, coffee grinds, light smoke, cocoa, good bitterness, liquorice, zesty grapefruit and faint berry with a bitter, roasty finish. Medium body and prickly carbonation. Well rounded and flavoursome. A rather tasty smokey stout.

Tap at Sheffield Tap. Smoked anything is a bit scary? Even bacon. This was bang on smokey enough. Bit of ground coffee, dark chocolate maybe. Nice beer. A roll up as opposed to a B&H.
