Cask at the Evening Standard. It pours hazy palest gold with a decent bubbly white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, funky, sweet apple pie, pear skin and soft caramel. The taste is crisp, dry, some mouth-pucker, apple skin, white grape, gooseberry, lemon sherbet, straw and some farmyard funk with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Dry, yet balanced. Pretty classy stuff.

Cask at The Jolly Butchers, Stoke Newington - great to see good Welsh cider on draft in London. Has a very soothing cool pure apple taste, very refreshing and tastes like Iβve just consumed about 25 apples by the end of it. Thatβs a good thing by the way.
