(Cask at Brew Wharf, Southwark, London, 21 April 2012) Brown colour with foamy, beige head. Malty nose with nuts, toast, crisp-bread and prunes. Malty taste with notes of crisp-bread, dried fruit, prunes, nuts and orange peel. Medium body, with a certain sweetness and a gentle citric bitterness. Quite nice.

Cask@Brew Wharf, London. Ambery brown colour, not too much head. Aroma and flavour are both quite nutty with some fruits, caramel and mild toasted notes. Gentle and smooth palate.

Cask, Gravity,Banbury Beer Festival 10.05.12 Pours a dandelion & burdock soft drink colour brown. The nuttiness is great, offering a lovely tangy bite but with a fresh ripeness to the nuts as well. Nicely chewy and I like the hops but am not sure what they are. Great example of this style which ordinarily would not be a style that interests me too much. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7

Cask handpull at Brew Wharf. Clear dark brown almost cola coloured. Aroma of dry brown malt, choc and subtle nut. Flavour is really good. Love the pecans. Not too sweet not too dry. Shows again how good Ang is as a brewer. Good drinking beer. Doesnt show its abv either. Interesting.

On tap at Brew Wharf. Clear dark amber - red beer. Tidy white head. Light semi dry palate. Sweetish malt but with a little spice in the background. Maybe green hop spice? Subtle dried fruits. Something else going on which is sweetish but not malt. Must be the Pecans but they are not dominant. Nice combo.
