Bottle courtesy of Kermis. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast acid citrus light lemon. The flavour is light sour with a hint of bitterness. The palate is acid mineral aspirin. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle shared. Pours cloudy golden brown with a small white head. Aroma of saison yeast, citrus, biscuity malt, slight grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

750ml bottle at Stu’s, from House of Trembling Madness, York. Pours hazy yellow gold, big bubbles and white head. Yeasty nose, oranges and light spice. Taste is surprisingly bitter. Prickly carbonation. Bitter finish.OK, but expected a bit more.

Bouteille: Deep golden, hazy,mid-sized white head; dryish grainy-dusty nose with a touch of alcohol and an orangey fruitiness; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, medium to full bodied; slightly lingering bitter herbal-hoppy finish with a lingering sweet-fruity aftertaste. Not mindblowing, but pretty good...
