Slightly hoppy aroma, blond color, slightly bitter attack that develops into a fruity mouthfeel, pineapple genre, hop addition well balanced between bitterness and aromatic perception.

Bottle at Delirium Cafe in Brussels. Pours hazy amber gold with a frothy wine head. Hoppy aroma with a strawberry note. Med body. Flavors are earth and hop. Not quite dry. Bitter! Very pleasing.

Lichtbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is kruidig, fruitig en licht zuur met iets van kardemon. Niet echt mijn smaak.

24/XII/16 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ home - BB: 31/VIII/18, bottled: 31/VIII/15 (2016-1487)
Note: shared this with my mother-in-law, or "belle-mère" in French. Given the bitterness of this beer, I guess the brewer doesn't have the best relationship with his. :p
Clear dark blond beer, big creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, fruity notes, spicy, malty, some banana, herbal. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very spicy start, bit hoppy, soapy, yeast touch, some banana. Aftertaste: spicy, yeast, floral, some citrus, bitter, hay, bit malty, more soap.

33cl Bottle from Vonk. Close to BB date. Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of malt, old cookies, apple sauce, stale hops, hay, yeast, honey. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, old, cookie dough, honey, grassy herbal hops, yeast, bitter finish. Light bodied. OK, should be a lot better when really fresh.

Hazy pale amber colour, small one finger frothy off-white head, diminishing slowly, good lacing. Aroma light but complex, pale malts, light caramel, nutty notes, yeast, grass, basement. Taste medium sweet and bitter, fruity notes, light toffee. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste lingering light bitter, herbal notes. A refined and complex ale, very nice.

Tap at the Delirium Cafe, Brussels. Poured a hazy medium amber with a big frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is tropical fruit, barnyard yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big chewy buttery yeast, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Tasted more alcoholic than it was.

Kolor: pomarańcziwy, bursztynowy, mętny.
Piana potężna, kremowa - można ją łyżeczką jeść, jest w kolorze złamanej bieli.
Aromat to bardzo minimalne nuty owocowe, miód, karmel, kandyzowana skórka pomarańczowa i ... "sucha trawa".
