Medium shiny offwhite head. Slightly hazy pale amber body. Mealy dried fruit aroma with spicy honey notes. Dry-sweet resiny honey taste wih dried fruit notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish mealy papery dried fruit aftertaste with funky spicy herbal notes. Really nice. Vivid, cliean, soft and harmonic. (0.33l draft at Café Gollem, Amsterdam.)

Bottle from beernavigator. Mörkt gyllenfärgad, lite disig högt kompakt skum som ligger kvar länge. Mycket vacker skumkrona.

330 ml bottle poured in to a tulip. Unclear, deep golden colour with a big, fluffy white head. A good glow. Fruity aroma with yeasts, ripe pears, pale malts, spices and pepper. Light sweet taste. Medium body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation. Finishes bitter and fruity. Very enoyable beer.

Pours amber with a fading head.Nose shows doughy Belgian yeast, soft wheat, faint lemon and orange marmalade. Very doughy. In terms of flavours there’s more lemon, orange marmalade, doughy yeast and overly sweet malt.Too much carbonation.
