Can [gift from friends, thanks Antonius W. en Suus] @ home. Clear yellow golden color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, quite metallic, straw, metallic straw bitterness, bitter finish. I dislike the aroma but the flavor is nicely bitter and certainly decent for a pale lager.

A golden lager with almost no head. In aroma, sweet corn malt with light mineral notes, light sulfur, so-so. In mouth, inoffensive, light sweet malt with light corn adjunct notes, light German hops, light mineral notes, boring. Can from Oxxo, Cancún.

Can - Sweet corn and grain. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet, boozy corn and a bit harsh.

Can. A- Grains, corn. A- Golden color, clear liquid, white head. T- Corn, grains, slightly malty. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, boring finish. O- Not sure how this was really any different than regular Tecate. Pretty abysmal.

Esta cerveza tiene ni sabor ni carcter. Unless you could some sticky, weird fruity notes that you get if you make the mistake of letting it warm up to liquid form. Tecate Light tastes like magic in comparison.

Randomly found in Veracruz, as random as that can be, well what the heck, why not try it. Pours with a light-yellow body with plenty of carbonation and a bit of head, like any other piss-poor lager. Aroma of lemon and just a hint of fusel alcohols. Flavour is lemony cardboard, with a hint of hops, and a dry finish. Well sort of drinkable, but it certainly doesn’t stand out, and is the regionally acceptable version of a higher-alcohol beer that still isn’t really high alcohol. apparently this appeals to some people, and I say good on ’ya. Because I own Heineken stock.
