A warm chestnut brown with red glints and a cream-beige head. The abbey yeast in combination with the rye, wheat, and roasted malts generates a complex bouquet of dark dried fruits: plums, dates, rum raisins, and a hint of hazelnut. The drink is dry and elegant and leaves behind a wine-like impression. The alcohol content of 8.5 VOL% is pleasurably integrated.

Bottle. Deep brown with a fat coat of beige head. Aroma of stewed fruit, dough, some roasted malt, hard spices. Perhaps a little too clean but spicy, fruity and a little roasty with moderate sweetness and a slightly bitter finish. Pretty well done.

Bottled. Brown colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some alcohol and mild spiciness with ryebready elements as well. Flavour is caramel, some raisins, mild rye bread, alcohol and some slight vegetably tones. Quite a strong carbonation.

SKY Bergi (next to Alus tirgus) Smell - weak malt, faint smoke, faint caramel. Foam- thin, weka sweetness, hops, weak acidic tones. Head is medium-sized, white. Appearance-brewer bottle cap, bottle wrapped in paper, I personally like that, design is some volves also, nice I guess. Dirty, orange-ish brown-ish color, no carbonation. From - snifter (Dirty) Price - 3.99 for 0.33l Taste - weak sweetness, some caramel, malt, a bit watery. Basically watered-down version of their tripel, not bad, but overall unimpressive.

0.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Hazy brown body with a beigeish head. Aroma and taste of dried prunes, sour cherry, cocoa, raisins, burnt sugar and orange zest. The alcohol is much more pronounced than you'd expect from a dubbel, but still a nice beer.
