Tht march. Sampled from bottle. Gushed a little. Cloudy pale golden big foamy head. Asparagus, vegetables, overcooked asparagus. Light bitter. Why? Seriously.

Bottle shared at THT with a wonderfully fun label showing a picture of some happy white asparaguses jumping gleefully into a beer. The beer itself is a cloudy yeast chunky blond with a white head. Aroma of course is big asparagus, overcooked old asparagus, rotten asparagus, green asparagus and a hint of white asparagus. Flavour is heavy asparagus. Light medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle at THT. Gusher. Murky straw with huge white head. Uncooked asparagus, rotten vegetables, some bitter herbs and alcohol. Medium bitter. Medium bodied. Massive asparagus juice. Amazingly bad, kermis will say the label is great but it’s also shit. Unbelievable.

pours unclear yellow, small white head. Some visual yeast sediments. Smell is very eathy, asperges indeed. Taste is bitter, earhty, vegetable... Bit of malts. Less extremely bad than the scent, yet totally not my thing. bit metallic( all related to asperges) . Might have been succes in its goal, but the goal clearly aint something I like.

30/VI/14 - 33cl bottle from Willems (Grobbendonk) @ home - BB: III/2017 (2014-680) Thanks to Beerlover_Ben for picking this one up for me!
Clear blond beer, big creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: well, it's asparagus all right. The beer delivers what it promises. Maybe a hint of curry in the aroma as well, it's a bit nasty, in all honesty. MF: way too much carbon, medium to light body. Taste: you'll never guess... yes! Asparagus! Weird vegetable flavour, bitter ending. Very weird, I must say. It's interesting, but that's the best thing I can say about this beer. I don't know why anyone would want to make this. You don't want to drink this with asparagus, because you're already eating them, so that makes no sense. And if you want to pair it with something that goes well with asparagus, then why not just combine it with real asparagus? Anyway, I couldn't finish even half the bottle.
