It’s so great that you like coffee. I just love that about you. Speaking of which, you’re holding an oatmeal coffee stout positively redolent with coffee aroma and flavor. It kind of tastes like a chocolate-covered espresso bean, only drier and more like beer. Nifty fact: we’re one of the only breweries in the world to roast our own coffee, which allows us to be extremely persnickety about which beans we buy and how we roast them. Taste the persnicketiness!

On tap at BierCraft with Jamey and Brad. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma and taste are coffee, roasted malt, slightly sweet and smoky. Dry, slightly sour, roasted malt, smoky aftertaste. Good one. 8-4-8-2-15=37 Can from Denman. 8-4-8-3-15=38

On keg at Brewdog Edinburgh. Appearance - opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - dominated by chocolate with a hint of orange. Taste - more of the same. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long balanced finish. Overall - a lovely sweet stout.

1pint can Brune foncée presque noire, col café au lait laissant un léger doré au verre. Arôme offre de belles effluves de café, torréfié très présent et agréable sur un malt persistant axé cara Munich. Palais est grillé, plein de belles notes de café sans tomber dans ce côté parfois épicé de fèves de café. Pointe d’amertume surtout en fin de bouche qui contribue peu au caractère de la bière. Un peu poussiéreux sur malt crystal. Une cannette est suffisante voire un peu trop, avec la t° le café perd de son charme.
