Complementing these rich, malty tones is a firm hoppyness. A dryhop mix of Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Dr Rudy resulted in an outspoken hoppy profile which reveals itself most strongly in the aftertaste. Though quite low in alcohol, this is very full in taste and not one to gulp down. That is, not before having examined its complexity from every possible angle.

Thx! for sharing DSG! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ Borefts 2015. Day 2. Amber, small off-whtie head. Nose is sweet caramel, sugar, butterscotch, touch herbal, faint licorice. Taste is sweet caramel, malt , sugar, herbal, leaves, low hops. Fizzy body. Nothing exciting but okay beer even if a tad too dull.

0.33 l bottle from De Bierkoning. Clear, reddish amber with a huge, foamy, stable, tan head. Fruity-resiny aroma of passion fruit, mango, strawberry and pine. Slightly bitter, fruity-resiny taste of passion fruit, strawberry, pine and honey, followed by a medium bitter, grapefruity but somehow weird finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite aromatic but there is some strange flavour in the finish. Still okay but not really good.
