Für das einzigartige Aroma wurden TAP6 Unser Aventinus und Aventinus Eisbock Ende 2012 in 100 Holzfässer abgefüllt. Fast ein Jahr lang reifte das Weissbier im neuen Holzfasskeller bei Schneider Weisse, bevor es im August mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl an die entscheidende Vollendung ging. Zu den vier Fasssorten gehören Fässer aus französischer Eiche, in denen zuvor Chardonnay gelagert wurde. Die verschiedenen Aventinus und Eisbock-Barriques werden für die Vollendung zu einem Cuvée zusammengeführt und in der einzigartigen Schneider-Weisse-Flaschengärung veredelt.

2015: Comparision 2015 and 2018: Brownish, reddish color and a small white head. Tart, nose, vinous, oaky, red berries. Sour taste, white wine, acidic, stonefruits. Nice. 2018: Comparision 2015 and 2018: Balsamico, acidic nose. Vinous, faint cherries. Taste is sour, acidic, flämish, very nice!

Bottle bought at Wine Reserve, Cobham. Aroma is fruit vinegar. Clear dark brown. No head. Fruity with a big vinegar edge. Warm booze. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. This did not go down well with the neighbours until they held their noses.

Bottle. Wine Rack Sheffield. Hazed reddy copper colour. Slimmest ring of off white. Nose has sweet balsamic. Tart ripe cherry. Whiff of chocolate. Taste is tart dry and cherry stone bitter. Well easy drinking for a big hitter. Fine carbonation. Tart and quenching finish. Tasty gear this.

2013 bottle opened in 2022. Clear dark copper colour with thin head. Aroma has a fruity, sour note akin to a Cascade or a very strong Vlaams rood. Flavour is tangy and sour but not harsh. It has done well over the years.
