Bottle from Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Appearance - cloudy like home made lemonade. No head. Nose - like really dry lemon barley water. Taste - yes, very dry, sour, lemon barley water. Palate - light bodied but with a tight, tangy concentrated texture which continues through the finish. Very refreshing. Overall - haven’t had a bad beer from these guys to date.

Bottle from Sourced Market, St P and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Almost a walnuty aroma, with a bit of modern sour aroma. It’s ok. Walnut and lemon and lime. Not overly sour. Not too much evident lactic flavour. It’s a sour but not a wild.
