Cloudy milky yellow to white beer, creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: funky, dairy, lots of yoghurt, very yeasty, dirty and sulphur. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit fruity, funky, sourish, lemony. Aftertaste: sour, yoghurt, dairy, bit spicy, funky.

Keg at the Rake, Ldn. It pours hazy pale gold with a minimal head. The nose is earthy, musty, tangy yoghurt, lactic acid and fresh, zingy citrus (mostly lemon). The taste is crisp, tart, lactic acid, sharp Granny Smith apple, old musty peach, zesty, lemon sherbet, earth, straw and dull grainy backdrop with a dry finish. Good mouth-pucker. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. A decent first sour from Redchurch, I shall look forward to more.

Keg at the rake, during the tap takeover. Pale yellow / straw coloured pour with a fine fleeting white head. Clouded. Aroma is funky apple, some vinegar, sharp citrus, but musty. Flavour is composed of fizzy lemon sherbet, pithy lemon rind, doughy grains wheat, tangy citrus sour. Bit muddled in the finish Palate is spritzy carbonation , light body with a dry finish, some doughy grains on the tongue. Lingering sharp pithy citrus, clean sharpness.
