Kneel before the Heavy lord.
Remember when we brewed with the three and only, 3 floyds?
The result is here..times 3. Greet Heavy lord, a mash up of their famous Imperial Stout, Dark Lord and our own Imperial Stout, Heavy Water. Aged in fresh Bourbon Barrels for 6 weeks and then infused with Cacao and Vanilla. One part in keg, one part in cask and one part in cask which has been soaked in Guatemalan coffee.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A dark olily mahogany brown coloured pour with a loose dirty tan head. Aroma is alcohol, chcolate malts, cakey malts, cakey, charcoal and wood. Flavour is composed of tangy sweet, cakey malts, woody chocolate, sweet, warming alcohol. Palate is medium sweet, chewy,moderate carboantion, mellow warmth.

Beaverfest. Day 1. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, soft, reasonable fine carbonation. Rich dark malts, sweetish. Brandy, coffee and Spice. Good dark fruits, no real tang. Airy spicy finish. Very nice.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. It pours opaque black with a small tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, earthy roast, coffee grounds, tar, burnt malt, jammy, dried fruits, oak and fruit cake. The taste is rich roasted malt, bitter, oily, tar, boozy heat, syrupy, burnt action, coffee, liquorice, coffee cake, wood and fudge. Full body and fine, prickly carbonation. Intense, but also a bit chewy and hot. Not a patch on the coffee cask version in my opinion.

Tap@Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - pours black with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with chocolate, coffee, caramel, burnt dark malty nuances, some vanilla, bourbon infused wooden notes, roasted finish.
