Hazy Amber orange color topped by a medium sized rocky beige head. Soft, citrusy, earthy malt aroma has hints of tea and nuts. Flavor is light and refreshing with notes of brewed tea and toasted malt. Slightly tart malty middle. Light herbal hop finish is dry and chewy.

2016 catch up - A good bitter that is verging on a best bitter. Plenty of malt and bitter hops and an overall pleasant mouth feel. Very tasty indeed.

Bottle, 0.5l. Clear copper pour with almost three finger soapy white head. Average head retention, ok lacing. Strong yeast character on the nose, slightly grainy, somewhat sweet. Nice herbal touch. Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Creamy on the tongue. Taste strikes a bit sweet at first, developing into pleasant bitter aftertaste. Aroma mostly herbal and flowery. There is this interesting tobacco-like presence... Hm. Caramel and earthy hops. Touch of wood. Quite flavourful for the low ABV. Clean, crisp, tasty. Regular finish, moderately bitter, slightly peppery and a bit dry. Overall, good brew.

Taste: biscuity, sweetish fruity malt, caramel, earthy hops, faint spices, bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation, nice mouthfeel. Not a big fan of Bitters but I liked this and Landlord.
