Spritsighet, balans, smakdjup. Riktigt riktigt gott. En närmast perfekt trippel.

Bottle picked up from REWE, Mainburg, consumed at home Attenkirchen Sunday 10th November 2019 cooking a Sunday Roast and listening The Blinders - Columbia. Pours murky light amber with an off white head. Fresh and even a little zingy, a little spice, warmth, unbelievably easy drinking for the abv. Soft carbonation, typically Belgian, its a great beer.

Bottle at multiple occasions. Being not the big triple ( nor saison, indeed ) fan, I am surprised myself how much I really like this. Pours rather clear blonde, smell is full, funky malts, intense saison style yeast. Taste is full, rather bitter, somewhat sweet, full saison style yeastyness, but not as dry. very nice. not a very true to style tripel, perhaps, but crazy smooth and very well made. Easy drinkable, and cheap in Price. This might just be one of my favorite Belgian beers from this year, who would have thought ?

0.75l bottle. Hazy orange body with a huge head. Aroma of sugar syrup, orange zest, pears, pepper and doughy yeast. Taste of yeast, bread, sugar syrup, orange zest, pears and pepper. Very nice. Combines the nice characteristics of saisons and tripels.

23 February 2019. (Tasting formerly known as) RBBWG. Cheers to all, thanks Kraddel for the hospitality! Hazy orange with a lasting, unstable, frothy, off-white head; irregular lacing. Aroma of hashish, grass, cheese, green banana, apple peel, some perfume & soap, white pepper, bread, kitchen herbs. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet, banana & apple on a bready malty base with yeasty note; light to medium spicy bitter then, notes of grass & pepper with an undercurrent of sourish lemon & wheat, rendering it a tad soapy too. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, lingering yeast, bread & pepper, subtle warming alcohol. Medium body, slick-creamy texture, lively carbonation. Archetypically Belgian but well-made.
