This is a New England Wheat IPA...we swapped out the conventional vermont ale yeast for our house wheat strain, to lend our own interpretation to this popular style.
The result is an intense explosion of citrus, grapefruit & earthy aromas, which are met with a long, dry finish.

Bottle from Bottle Baron. Hazy golden body with flecks floating beneath a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of salted bread and green banana. Flavour of minerals, white pepper and lemon. Thin to medium body with a slightly oily texture. Soft fizz. This is like a IPA blended with a Witbier. It’s nice.

Keg at Six D, Aberdeen. It pours hazy golden with a quickly dissipating head. The aroma is green banana, banana foamy candy, custard creams and some tropical fruits. The taste is dry, bitter, green, kick of alcohol, bit of hop burn, green banana, tropical fruits, pithy citrus, floury white, bread, bit of spice and clove wing a warming and spicy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice aspects, but it is a bit raw and harsh.
