Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal lievito e dal fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di apparenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine fini. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele di castagno, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico e agrumi.

Einmal quer durch den Bienenstoch gezüngelt. Honig schon fast penetrant, aber war ja auch das Ziel.

Clear amber beer, thick white head. Grassy hop, bittersweet fruit, a bit of a metallic hit with the booziness that I could love without but it's it bad. A bit harsh to be really drinkable.

14 September 2020. At Doppio Malto, Verona. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear dark golden with a thick, foamy, white head. Aroma of honey, apricot, yellow raisin, pineapple, white pepper, ripe melon, biscuit. Taste has sweet apricot, raisin & vague banana in a honey-like, biscuity malty body, bit spicy, bit sourish. Dryish, grassy & floral hoppy finish, soft esters lingering next to citrus zest, honey & warming gin-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Actually not bad, malty as expected but nowhere exaggerated or industrial.

On tap at Doppio Malto. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of honey, lemon, malts. Flavour is light nutty, honey, malty, light hoppy, dry bitter finish. Medium bodied. Decent.

Made with honey….yeah it tasted actually honey. Not my favorite flavor. But well done.
Hazy deep golden color with a fine head. Ok lacing. Looks nice and inviting. Tad sweet and a bit oily texture. Soft carbonation level. Honey, malty, fruity and mild citric flavor.
