On tap at brewery. Aroma is full of wheat with a light citrus and moderate lactic aroma. Light fruitiness and some barnyard funk. Pours a pale, cloudy straw yellow with a medium thick white head with average retention and moderate lacing. Flavor is very wheat forward with a light lactic acidity. Faint funkiness a with some nice tropical fruit and citrus notes. Low but present bitterness. Mouthfeel is light bodied but very silky and soft with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall a really nice Berliner with a bit less acidity than some of the others out there. A nice way to start my trip to Denver.
