30/12/2023. Can shared at CLBF. From Home Bargains, Martlesham Heath. Pours clear pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, grain, malt, grass, yeast, touch of herb. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, tart hint. Light body, watery, fizzy.

Can from Home Bargains, Reading. Gold and fizzy with an off-white head. It's a bit watery, with sweetcorn to the fore, hints of cardboard and a mild grassy bitterness in the short finish. It's a cheap, low-grade lager; about the kindest thing I can say is that I've had worse.

Had it at home and at a concert today, refreshingly crisp. No issues at all with it.

355ml can from Home Bargains (I think): BB 14th October 2023. Drank at home on 25th June 2023. Clean and clear light golden body, large white crown. Dry feel in the mouth, grainy, slight citrus note, not a great beer, even for the cheap price.

Can from Home Bazargains. It pours clear golden - blonde with a fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, grassy, herbal grain, cracker, cheap doughy white bread and a touch of spice. The taste is crispy, dry, fairly, grassy, herbal, grainy sweet doughy white bread, cheap ambient cake picked up from a corner shop late at night and creamed corn with a dry finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fairly basic stuff, masquerading as a craft lager.

355ml can from Home Bargains, Shrewsbury. Pours a misty gold, foamy white head. Aroma of corn, light sulphur, grain. Crisp palate, very mildly sweet, light cracker, grain.. fairly depressing cheaply made lager.

Can from Home Bargains, Byfleet. Aroma is malty with a watery citrus edge. Clear gold. Frothy foamy white head. Sour citrus. Underlying sweet malts... but not overly sweet. Bready. Caramel. Light. Thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Refreshing and pretty crisp. Just all a bit lightweight.

Can from Home Bargains, Salford. Lighter clear golden coloured brew. Fresh enough from its container but a somewhat drab tasting lager.
