Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 6th December 2019. Hazy straw coloured with shallow foam decaying to zero. Fruity aroma with sweet biscuit malt. Zesty citrus in-mouth and a bitter finish. Smooth mouthfeel and light body.

Cask at Craft Islington. It pours slightly hazy yellow - gold with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet, fragrant, bit of candy, bubblegum, touch green/hunt of veg, sweet candies citrus and bread. The taste is soft, dry, creeping bitterness, bit green, grassy, chive, pissy, grapefruit, herbal, bit of tannin, green tea and wood with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Actually not so bad for a sorachi pale. Good body and condition.

On tap at Craft Beer Co Brighton, Brighton on our birthday week, Saturday 18th November 2017 off to see Lost Horizons (band) tonight at The Rialto Theatre. Hazy gold with a white head. A little bit of apricot, a touch of soap, fruity and light/middling hoppiness, it's nice, it's refreshing. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Cask at The Craft Beer Co. Islington. Pours orange, pretty plat and relatively clear. I guess flat is usual for cask beers. Nose is super fruity, this fragrant cask ale fruitiness, mixed with Sorachi Ace vanilla and cookies. Tastes soft, more of that soft vanilla and cookie caramel coming through - whereas there is now wetness at all. Very fragrant and very drinkable, actually quite liking this.

Cask at CBC Angel - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds pale grains, orange rind, a bit of dirty hay. Light sweet flavour with notes of rindy citrus, mellow pine, grass, pale bread and grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Grassy bitterness on the finish, some further orange peel. Nice.
