On tap at Arends Nest Amsterdam. Hazy dark brown red beer lasting beige head. Sweetish malt flavour. Brown malty flavour. Some dark fruits. It’s OK. Malt is attractive. Some spicy hop finish. Fine.

Pours dark caramel-brown, with a good white head. Smell is sweet, metallic. Taste is sweet , rich maltyness and a clear caramel side. Pretty standard, but not bad at all

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 28 Feb 2015) Dark reddish brown colour with brief, frothy head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, raisins and prunes. Malty, roasted taste with caramel, dried fruit, raisins, prunes, dark bread and a gentle spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced dubbel. Quite nice.

Deep dark clear amber color with a nice off white head. Looks very good. Fine fruity and toffee aroma. Medium + body. Fine tad balanced sweetness. Smooth fine carbonation. Bready, fruity, toffee and mild spicy flavor. This is a really balanced double. No crazy stuff, still very tasty and nice.

Solid Belgian style dubbel beer. Yeasty body of sweet malt and with some fruits. Good.

Farock. Gyümölcsös malátás, ragadós, fincsi, magvas, barna, vörös, nem komcsi, de komplex, nem valami szénsavas, könnyen iható, alkohol nem érződik ki belőle.

Reddish brown with small off-white head and lots of sediments. Dried fruits, green apple, roasted malts, hint of spices. Light sweet, medium bodied and slightly dry finish.

Murky caramel-brown colour, one finger creamy tan head, dissipates slowly, some lacing. Roasted malt aroma, brown sugar, yeast, dark fruit, fruit syrup. Taste medium to light heavy sweet, toffee and caramel, slighty bitter towards the end. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, smooth bittersweet finish.

kanstanje bruin/rood met minimale witte kraag aroma van mouten, caramel, rozijn, en zoetigheid, zoals in zoveel dubbels smaken zijn matig zoet, matig bitter, matig sterk, zwak fruitig van oa rozijn en carameltonen, zwakke body, dun van textuur, in vergelijking met andere dubbels is deze relatief dun.
