Our West Coast inspired India Pale Ale is rich in flavor and abundant in citrus, pine, and floral aromatics created through a wonderful infusion of Citra hops. Completely refreshing with a medium mouth-feel, crisp bitterness, and nearly balanced malt. Finishes dry with a head that creates excellent lacing. Beautifully Nebraskan.

Winning IPA from Nebraska, full of citric and resinous hops, bright and semisweet yet with a lingering bitterness on the finish. Lemon and grapefruit form the center of the beer, but deep, grainy malts create a sturdy base, hints of buttered toast and caramel leading the way to a dank and piney back end. Slight alcohol warmth in the fade, and the nose isn’t as hop-heavy as the taste, but otherwise a highly drinkable IPA.

Can. Hazy golden, offwhite creamy head. Citric, herbal, tiny bit sweaty and mopey on a dry mineral base. Medium body, dry, a bit chalky, herbal bitterness, hay malt, herbal aftertaste.

Can. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is pineapple, grapefruit, citrus fruits, earthy hops, piney, toasted malts, toffee. Taste is pineapple, toasted malts, herbal, leafy, with a touch of booze and a warming bitter finish. Soft oily mouthfeel. Not bad.

4 ounce sample at the original location. Clear in color, lasting head. Mild citrus, weak pine, maybe a weak grass.
Flavor is a reflection of the aroma, mild citrus, mild pie, with an herbal bitterness in the finish. Bitterness is light with a dry texture.

Hazy amber. Aroma and flavour are full of Belgian style farmyard funk. Sharp and bitter.

On tap at Cottonwood. Pours a clear gold with medium creamy white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong citrus and floral. Thin mouth, pine, citrus, grass, lingering bitterness, good.

Can. Very light amber color, average foam. Good hop aroma combining tropical fruits and citrus. Taste with very good hop bitterness, juicy citrus and fruits, and candies from malt, good IPA.

Can. Trembling Madness Drinks Shop, York. Hazy, reddy copper. Thin, messy, clingy, off white head. Spicy, earthy hop. Very earthy in fact. Some ginger. Overripe fruit. Taste is earthy, spicy bitter. Lots of jammy malts. Rich, fairly full body. Soft fizz. Gets a bit claggy. Finish loses the sweetness a bit, and closes with that spicy bitterness.

Amber to copper colored, medium off white head. Aroma is of caramel malt and candy fruity with some citrusy hops. Taste is medium sweet caramalt, bit biscuity, candy fruits, floral and citrus hops, medium bitterness, dry finish and a bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied and carbonation, some resin. Like most of American IPAs on this side of the pond, sweet orange hard candy with low hops aroma but this one still has the bitter punch at least! (on tap, Delirium Pub, Brussels, B)
