Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Day 2. Very hazy pink red with a small short lived pink head. Aroma of sweet and tart cherries, oak, light mineral notes and a touch of leather almost. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Light medium bodied with light carbonation. [20-08-2016]

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out a pinkish color topped with a small head. Nose is nice cherry tartness barrel funk and some pucker. Taste is more of the tart pucker cherries a sweetness and a nice barrel.

Bottle in Denison, Iowa with Brad. Murky pinkish red appearance with a thin pinkish white head. A little less herbal in the aroma than the Hedelfingen Fruit Preserve. Kind of like cherry pie aroma with some cinnamon spice. Moderate high tartness. Cherries burst in the mouth. Funky and refreshing. A little spicy. Pretty damn good.

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Casey Family Preserves: Balaton Cherry ].Clear medium red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, pink head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy cherry, tart cherry, light marzipan. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, cherry, farmyard, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20160820]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Bright pink red colored with a small white to off-white head. Aroma is somewhat dusty with some red fruit. Not very classic saison like. Taste is pleasant red fruit (light to moderate) sour, I guess the cherries come through nicely in this one. Dry finish. Suitable body and carbonation. Nice!

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Cloudy pinkish red with faint pink head. Tart cherry aroma with some marzipan. Tart and slender with spritzy, dense mouthfeel. Crisp and citric, evident marzipany cherry flavour. Concentrated and harmonious. Really good.

Säuerlich kirschiger Beginn mit wässrigem Hintergrund. Die Säure steigert sich deutlich, spritzig, adstringend. Ähnlichkeiten zu Saison sind nicht erkennbar, als Frucht-Suaerbier aber sehr erfrischend und lecker. 9/9/11/10/12/11

TNOD(U)RBSG16. Hazy dark pinkish orange, small airy white head. Light cherry and wood aroma, hints of funk. Sour, juicy cherry flavour. Smooth funk, dry and tart. Nice.
