Aromas are a caramel malt, tart berries and citrus. Flavors are similar to nose, moderately tart with some fruity sweet coming out. Good body and carbonation. Good sipper.

huge aromas or wet hay, and horse blanket, and wet grass. big amounts of funk, and tartness. mouthfeel is bang on, carbonation is perfect. the finish is very very tart, more and more as it warms. medium bitterness, with a great dose of funk in the end. great gueuze!

Poured from 750mL bottle (2014-2015 vintage; bb 24/11/2024). Hazed gold with small white head, nice carbonation. Funk, feint manure, age softens the acidity of newer Tilquins a lot, no oxidation, enjoyable.

Complex aroma of tart fruits, barnyard funk, oak, citrus, earthy notes. Flavour is heavy sour, just the way I like it. Very smooth and complex. A terrific Gueuze.

Аромат классический, немного кислый, дрожевой, ягодные нотки, клюква, смородина. Цвет желтый, туманный, легкая мыльная пенка. Вкус весьма кислый, даже слегка лимонный, легкие дрожжи, при глотке першит на языке, хорошая карбонизация. Послевкусие ягодное, слегка цветочное, не продолжительное. В целом, просто хороший ламбик.

Bottle 0,375ltr: Hazy orange coloured brew with an fruity smell at the start, very well balanced sour taste and dry bitter finish. Good Gueuze from Wallonia, and good one to learn to drink this spontanious fermented beer style.
