Tasting Notes: a modern twist on a traditional European style beer brewed with salt and coriander seeds this beer is dry and refreshing with a zesty lime freshness due to the dehydrated limes we added. Food pairing: Contrasts well with spicy dishes as well as salty food. Pairs well with lighter dishes such as fish, (think a squeeze of lemon or lime over freshly cooked fish), refreshing crisp style contracts with dishes that have sauces and glazes, goes well with all savoury/salty snack food. Try it with your next taco Tuesday!

Can from lowcostbeer.com. Consumed 3 months past BBE. Light cloudy gold with brief white fizz. Aroma of lime, vanilla, flora, pale malts. Taste has a nice pithy and zest noted lime, corriander, salt. Nice zing to the carbonation, light bodied but smooth. Not much complexity but its tasty and refreshing.

Cam from LCB. It pours lightly hazy oily good with a dissipating white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, juicy, tangy, plenty of lime, candied peel, limeade, dried lime, slightly salty and oily. The taste is crisp, dry, mellow pucker, juicy, zingy, zesty, plenty of lime, cordial, dried lime, sherbet, touch of grain and straw with a fairly short finish. Average body, fine carbonation and oily mouth feel. Fairly one dimensional, but it's enjoyable enough. Drinkable anyhow.

Saturday 27th March 2021. Tasting session with myself, six beers; this is the fourth. 330ml can via Beer52: BB 20th May 2022. Dirty, cloudy yellow body, thin white topping. Lime like aroma, taste is sour, salty limes and not much else. Interesting, but not really my thing.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma of wheat, lime and herbs. Pours cloudy dark golden color with immediately diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy and citrusy, following is slightly salty, lactic and grassy with crisp mouthfeel. Light body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Nice sourita...

Can. A hazy golden beer with a fast disappearing white head. The aroma has notes of spices, limes, malt, and salt. The flavor is sour with notes of limes, salt, malt, and lactose, leading to a tart finish.

330ml can. Opalescent, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Citrusy fruity and spicy aroma, notes of lime, lime peel, a touch of brown sugar, salt, minimally sweet-ish, wheaty malty background. Taste is mildly tart, citrusy fruity, notes of lime, lime peel, a salty touch, diluted wheaty malty basis. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, rather flat carbonation with some prickly bubbles in between. Surprisingly flat carbonation, restricted fruity- and spiciness - not really a courageous try on a Gose. Even not overly refreshing - underwhelming.
