The Aromas are orange and grapefruit pith that smell a bit old with some cereal. Flavors are like Nose, a little on the dry side and with low bitterness. Actually a little more sweetness comes on in the Finish. Decent body and carbonation.

16 ounce can. Hazy medium gold color. Large frothy white head. Citrus hop nose hints at pine and bready malt. Light citrus hop flavor has notes of lemon and sweet cardamom. Medium bodied and smooth. Light dryish peppery hop finish. Tasty.

Draught at Ginger Man, 4/7/18.
Heavily hazy, tangerine-golden. White head fades fairly rapidly to a ring.
Smell of lemon and somewhat sharp pine. Kinda vegetal and obviously employing a lot of Mosaic. Very "dry" from the nose and I can find almost no malt. Some scallion, no alcohol.
Very dry, scratchy and showing bad Mosaic qualities (vegetable stalks, scallion, garlic). Even the "good" qualities arent that good and show mostly just nectarine and light dirt. Sharp pine is rampant, as well. Somewhat of a deep texture but zero sweetness to balance all of this acid/bitterness. With warming, it gets better, of course. Becoming softer, lighter and lightly juicy with tangerine and mango-lime. Good, tight carbonation and little lingering resin. No alcohol or flaw.
