The title Saccarappa graces the falls near the brewery, a fitting parallel for the citrusy, tropical rush of this India pale ale. Intense notes of orange and mango with a clean, hoppy and a dry finish. Brewed with Belma, Centennial, and Mosaic hops.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark orange close to amber color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light pineapple, mixed citrusy with a touch of hop zest and a little bit of piney hops; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bitter to bittersweet sort of quality; finishes mixed citrusy with a touch of hop zest and an even lighter dry note
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but a light dryness strolls across the tongue
Overall: not bad but clean up some of that dryness and I bet this would be a lot better.

Can. Hazy but not opaque orange with an inch of white head that lasts OK. Aroma has quite pointed rather than juicy orange and tropical fruit, some crackers and herbal notes. On the clean side for a hazy with tighter fruit flavours rather than the blousy juicy and/or chalky thing. Dryish but there's no particular finish. Nice one.

10 oz pour split two ways at the brewery. It’s an opaque orange juice no sparkle finger with white head. Aroma is a strong kind of arm pity dankness. Citrus is a bit more in the background and they blend well together. Taste is neither terribly strong nor distinct and there’s quite a bit of a grainy malt to balance the hops, which are some citrus to start with later mild grapefruit and only the slightest herb at the end. Mouth feel is light to medium bodied smooth texture soft carbonation, still some sweetness in that finish and then it ultimately just kind of fades into a lingering kind of yeasty light bitterness. Overall, enjoyable but not transcendent or memorable in any way.

This was called Green to Green, but without further qualification. Listed at 7%. Cloudy, medium head, piney grapefruit nose, creamy, tasty hops, mild malts, hit of alcohol. Nice.
