Refrigerated brown bomber from mansquito poured into a snifter. Black with medium brown head. Aroma is wood, medium/thick body, medium carbonation, and thick small-bubble. Taste is wood, chocolate, bourbon, some maple, and some booze.

Pours black, small tanned head. Smell is very roasty, charred barrel, bourbon. Taste is full, roasty, mild maple. Bourbon, chocolate, some alcohol heath. Nice!

ABV: 10.7%. Dark dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, barrel, maple, alcohol - bourbon, chocolate - vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a duration, molasses, maple - maple syrup, chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, barrel - vanilla, dark malt. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20191101]

Flavor is sweet, light bitter, rich malty, caramel, nice maple, wood, vanilla bourbon, alcohol. (On tap @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, Oct 26/18) Pours black with an average-sized medium tan head. Notes of molasses and toffee, bourbon, rich but not overpowering maple syrup sweetness, chocolate, stewed fruit, toasted grain, fairly light wood/leather, subtle vanilla. Fairly heavily sweet up front, finishing semi-sweet with a little drying booze and light bitterness. Full-bodied, slick, softly carbonated. Complex sipper, well-crafted, sweet to drink in high volumes but not cloying in lower ones. Lovely stuff.
