12 oz can shared by tfontana. Aroma is rice and lager yeast. Flavor of pale grain, rice, weak yeast. Light body and a crisp texture. Very mild bitterness in the finish. It is ok.

Can (7/14/23) pour from Valley Beverage. Lightly hazy pale yellow with trace sparkle and thin, quickly dissipating head and no lacing. Aroma is strong Pilsner malt, rice, light hop spice. Taste is Pilsner malt, rice, florals. Thin, frothy texture, light bodied, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Standard pale lager.

Interesting name and company for a beer brewed by sleeping giant. Pour from can is slight haze on a pale beer with a big foaming white head. Smell is plain old lager beer. Taste is mild and laid back. Has some of that processed feel about it. Decent amount of carbonation. Yes except for just a hint of processed taste in the background, this beer is pretty quaffable. Not bad, goes does easy thru the middle. Comes across like a well brewed cheap pale lager without hardly any of the common ill effects. Can't read date code on bottom of can but I suspect its pretty old. Found it in the dollar clearance bin at beer & pop for more moon.

2nd beer of 2020. Can into a plastic cup at the Lost Pier Cafe on Aliso Beach, California in the afternoon sun shine. Poured clean and clear, light golden with a fast fading white crown. Nose was slightly grainy, the taste leaning towards malty sweet rather than hop bitter, but fairly balanced overall.

Pours clear yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of bright malt, noble hops. Taste has bright lemon notes, light grassy elements on a nice wheat base. Palate has lager elements on the nose, light hop bite. Good.

Bottle. Slightly hazy pale yellow color with a small white head and fair retention. Light lacing. No real aroma. Generic lager flavor (matches the label and name) with a little hops in the finish. Tastes fine, but forgettable.

A very good pale lager. The only beer House Brewing makes. Light fresh hay aroma, Light grain and cracker notes in flavour. Semi dry finish. Worth seeking out.
