Can at home. Dark pour and decent head. Nose is roasty and chocolate. Tastes of soft chocolate, minerals, bread crust, some chalk. Whatever that Kent Falls aftertaste is.

Canned 1/21/22, drunk 3/1/22. Dark black, some clarity. Dark beige head is medium, well-retained. Honey, almond, light chocolate and beautiful, mineral-rich, house yeast. Light roast and mild maltiness. Soft, chocolatey, not overwhelmed by bitterness or intense roast. Mineral rich, leather and chalk with balancing bitterness and a drinkable, malty, well-attenuated body.

Can at home in Hackney - many thanks to Bruce. Pours clear brown with a tight, foamy khaki head. Toasted brown bread in the aroma, hints of leather. Light-medium sweet flavour with subtly tangy aged berries, more brown bread, toast. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more tangy berries, touches of earth, tobacco. So so overall.

Pours a near black from a can. Aroma is roasty malts, while the flavor seems to incorporate some noble hops, maybe a spicy Saaz? Good, thin, which I think is in keeping for a schwarzbier. Good beer.
