Bomber drunk 11/12/17.
Rather hazy/cloudy, maize-golden with a firm, white head atop.
The lovely base beer stands as the backbone, showing limited, homogeneous lactic acidity mixing with biscuity, cream-of-wheat-like wheat and barley. Vanilla as an afterthought. Lemongrass perks things up, showing a much brighter character than any of the aforementioned ingredients. It mixes with the other notes, nicely, though and comes off neither dominant nor acidic. Pretty impressive given that I think I've tried perhaps one or two beers with lemongrass that weren't completely dominated (ruined) by it. No alcohol or flaw.
Bright and tart with good acidity from both lemongrass and lactic character. Soft, creamy, biscuity wheat with engaging carbonation provides a supple texture. Lemongrass really brings out the best part of the lactic acid, while keeping the palate refreshing and bright. Low vanilla, low lactose character with great attenuation. Another big success with this series.

Draught @ Randolph Beer - DUMBO. Cloudy pale yellow with very small frothy white head that deflates fast, sweet lemon aroma, high carbonation, semi-sour lemon taste, smooth body, abrupt finish with lemon aftertaste. Very tasty and easy to drink.

On tap at EatBar, pours a murky pineapple gold with some cloudy white head. Nose has pineapple, both ripe and unripe, grass, lightly vegetal, lemon. Flavor is tart and green, pineapple, white grape, some vanilla. Finishes creamy and only lightly tart.

Draft at Morrison's, 12/16/18. Bright, fruity aroma and flavor. Good amount of tartness, some nice lactose/vanilla sweetness too. Really clean and drinkable. Nice lingering zesty lemon finish keeps it from being too sweet like some of the other Grimm Pops have been for me.
