Bottle. Ochre yellow with very small frothy white head, faint honey aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish honey taste with lightly bitter follow-up, thin body, abrupt finish with malt aftertaste. A bit too sweet/honey like.

New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle ($2): Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel with very little in the way of hops, though there is a bit of grass and that distinct lager aroma. Taste is sweet and caramely. Seems to be well-balanced enough. Distinct finish. Easy to drink (though that last sip got stuck in my windpipe). Oh well. Better than I expected it to be.

32oz growler from Shoreline Beverage pours a clear amber with some swirling, white head. Nose has some unbaked yeasty bread, some butterscotch, some root beer, a little root veg. Flavor is sweet, butterscotch, malt, a little metallic, bready, very buttery. Lightly cloying but also thin finish.
